This navbar uses variants to make it interactive. Hovering on a link decreases opacity of all the non-selected links and makes the one selected appear as focused.

All you need to do to set this up is input your own links, create more variants if needed and add adequate interactions for mouse enter/leave following the logic of the already created variants and links.
